Lynnette Shelley designed the album cover art and booklet for Philadelphia progressive rock band, The Red Masque. The album art for "Fossil Eyes" utlizes a warm, earthtone palette mixed with dark reds and antique paper textures, along with stylized insect imagery in keeping with the album's themes.
